On the one hand, seeing this ultra-cool '67 Fury III wagon, and then realizing the woodgrain is fake, is similar to that feeling of biting into a chocolate egg only to discover it's hollow. On the other hand, woodgrain has been "fake," as in moulded plastic panels, for decades now. Plus what the artist did with the textures of the wood is not something that would occur in nature, and it's not trying too hard to look real. What do you think, clever? Or dumb? Check it out on eBay, via Hooniverse.

Check out Sean's all original 51,000 mile '65 Galaxie, which he got from his dad. The car has a 352 4bbl, was assembled in Louisville Kentucky on Jan 14, 1965 and sold new at Wellen Ford in Covington, Kentucky. Here it is being unloaded Codrington, Ontario after coming up from North Carolina. Click though to his ride page to see more pics, including some of the awesome cars that were shipped with it!

It’s official, I have found my next new car purchase. I had been reading about the new 2013 Ford Mustang GT for quite some time. However there’s a big difference between reading about it and driving it. Last week at the WAJ.org press event (Western Automotive Journalists) I finally had my chance to jump behind the wheel of Ford’s stellar pony car. Now keep in mind that my case is a bit different than most as I’ve been on the lookout for a car that can act as a Jack-of-all-trades for quite sometime. I wanted a sub-35k price tag, something that can be driven everyday, and then, to top it off, this beastie needs to be able to pull double duty as a track day weapon on the weekends.

Best. What a powerful word. When attached to something, that thing instantly becomes special. It becomes something that people want and need. It's better than good, it's better than better, it's...well it’s best. This word can also be very dangerous, though. When someone claims something to be the "best" it instantly comes under extreme scrutiny and people begin searching for reasons to discredit the superb product. Last week Top Gear’s Richard Hammond took on both the role of claiming and scrutinizing when he reviewed the all new 3 Series from BMW. After having an extremely difficult time finding fault with the new Bimmer, Hammond concluded that the new 3 Series could be “the best car ever.” Whoa, hang on a second though. Best car ever? He didn’t just say best BMW ever, or even best sports car ever, he said best car ever. That’s a pretty broad statement. So why don’t we take a look at the new 3 Series so we can come to our own conclusion as to whether or not this new “driving machine” is worthy of that statement. Check out the jump for more!

We've seen some gross fake-Ferrari kit cars in our day. But maybe this is one of the actually well-done ones. The market sure seems to think so! Before you go check out the auction on eBay, any guesses as to how much it went for? Via Carscoop.

After a lengthy hiatus I'm back. As the new owner of a '95 Ford Thunderbird Supercoupe!

Every once in awhile a bad purchase is made.  Sometimes, we're in denial, sometimes we're in love with an idea. But ultimately, sometimes, we're just wrong. (Though in the pictures, she looked okay...). Hit the jump to hear the story.

Watch this total maniac hit speeds of close to 200 mph in heavy highway traffic on Vancouver Island, splitting lanes and weaving in and out between vehicles. Clearly someone with a serious deathwish, but although he did not appear to succeed in obliterating himself, the police want to have a little chat about endangering others' lives since the genius was brilliant enough to post his reckless biking stint on YouTube. Video below the jump, via CBC News.
