The car cranks but won't fire. Replaced the battery (which was factory and lasted 104,000 miles), checked both fuse panels, took the starter out, had it checked, passed with flying colors, cleaned terminals to and from starter and battery posts, changed spark plugs to higher grade, changed air filter to standard FRAM (installing cold air intake soon) and finally checked all the fluids. (Noted power steering was unusually high and I haven't filled it in a long while). There's 3/4ths tank of gas and the pump sounds strong when I turn the key. Changed the serpentine and power steering belt while i was at it. Replaced the serpentine tensioner because it was loose, causing the last belt to fall off midway home on Christmas Eve. Just got an oil change less than 100 miles ago and there's no codes! So in theory, I think she should be running beautifully. Continue reading...

Who knew? The 2000 Mustag's most-stolen status is one of the interesting factoids surfaced by The National Insurance Crime Bureau's Mustang-specific report, tracing Pony thefts all the way back to 1965. The report is like a special edition to the NICB's annual most-stolen list, and they say they're going to be doing occasional in-depth reports like this on specific vehicle categories or models going forward. What do you think, what vehicle would you like to see them do a comprehensive theft report for? Press release and more Mustang stats below the jump, via Autoblog. Pic is from 2000BlkStang's ride page.

This has got to be one of the toughest looking Dusters I've ever seen. Looks like a life-size Hot Wheels car! Check out more pics on Mud_Fatter's ride page!

26 years ago, a movie directed by John Hughes changed the way kids around the world cut school. It was titled Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and starred Matthew Broderick as the world’s greatest middle finger to high school faculty everywhere. Almost three decades have gone by and thanks to Honda we now find out that not only has Ferris grown up, but he drives a new Honda CR-V. Now sure it’s a far cry from Cameron’s Dad’s Ferrari, and while some may say that Ferris has sold out, let me be the first to say that we’re just happy he’s back. Hit the jump to watch!

Looks like this guy was trying to control a flat or something, but it sure didn't work out all that well. Watch him flip another truck in the oncoming lane!

Back in the day, son, things were simple.  If you were coming up on a Lincoln, a Buick, or a Cadillac, you had to make plans to pass it, because someone who could remember voting for James Garfield was likely driving it. Then Cadillac released the CTS and its short-tempered brother, the CTS-V, and you could no longer profile-pass by brand. Now Cadillac is seeking to simplify things again, but in the other direction. They seem to be turning all of their cars into beastly machines who eat German luxury cars for elevenses, and they’re the ones doing the passing.

Their latest step in this caffeinated direction is the ATS, and if it’s your grandfather’s Caddy, we want to hang out with that old guy. Continue reading below the jump...

While we always enjoy a good guffaw at the expense of the Great Wall Coolbear and Dongfeng's fake Hummer, this latest automotive imposter to come out of The People's Republic is no laughing matter. Seriously, a fake Chinese Ford F-150? The Jianghuai Auto Corporation might as well be wiping their feet on the American flag. More pics below the jump, and watch for this shameless cheap 108-hp F-Series knockoff to be unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show in April. CarNewsChina via Autoblog.
