Yes, Mopar will be offering performance goodies for the Fiat 500, and they're bringing this Stinger edition microbean to the Chicago Auto Show to prove it. Besides the appearance package, it'll only get drilled rotors plus a Mopar CAI and high-flow cat that'll help the little 1.4 breathe better, but hey, it's a start. The Stinger is one of a four-pack of Mopar-tuned Chrysler products that'll be presented at the show: the others are the disco-looking Mopar 300 Street Machine, the Dart GTS, and a very redded-up Jeep Compass True North. See them all (along with the press release) below the jump.

Dad took this picture of me about 20 years ago when we first got the Jeep. I found it in his room when I had to answer the phone; it was sticking out from behind a few other photos. This was taken with an old Brownie Box Camera, and the pic itself was somewhat out of focus. Brownie Box cameras were garbage even in the '80s, and we had to stop using it sometime in around 1993 because nobody would develop 620 medium-format film. About all its good for now is sprocket- hole photography. But I digress, and this post is about the Jeep.

Bill Lindig won top honors at the 2012 Grand National Roadster Show with this Indy Speedster. I love the clean lines of this Indy-inspired hot rod built by the folks at SoCal Speedshop. You can see more pica at BangShift.com

If you’re into motor sports, you’re on a budget, and you can only afford one car, then the odds of you wanting something that can do it all are probably pretty high. This is exactly where I fall and I’ll be honest, it’s a total bitch trying to find the right ride. For instance, say you have a budget of $30K and you’re looking for something with 4 seats, great track manners and overall usability. The choices are unfortunately somewhat limited. Cars like Subaru’s WRX and the Mazda Speed3 kinda’ fit the bill, but at days end they’ll always leave you wanting more and are cramped inside. Then there’s the Ford Mustang GT. A car with gobs of power and a decent suspension, but back seats that will only fit those with no legs. I thought I’d found a solution in my Dodge Magnum SRT8, but while fast and totally usable, it handles like a tugboat on the racetrack. So the question remains, is there truly a do it all automobile?

Apparently this is not a photochop. Maybe it's a wrap. But anyway, yes, that is an Alfa Romeo 8C dressed up like the General Lee. Go figure. Via Autoblog

Who would've known that the Lada would become a hipster icon in the former Soviet Bloc? I guess it makes a certain amount of sense. This footage of the modded Russian crapboxes in cheery Skittles colors is truly charming, though I don't know if the excessive number of indie-rock kids on fixies is doing a lot for this maligned ride's image. Video below the jump!

Known as "DarkKnight", this tuned Audi R8 blasts pasts the likes of rickshaws, jalopies, dump trucks made from old bicycle parts, and more courtesy of the packed third world city streets of dilapidated Abuja, Nigeria. A fast car is fun, but is this too much? Where is the line between having fun and psychotically endangering others' lives? There is definitely a line, and this guy danced right over it with dog poo shoes. Comment your thoughts below and then read more at National Automotive News Examiner!
