Little delay on the alarm going off lol

I was waiting for an alarm to go off. I used to see this happen all the time, and with much harder hits, when I lived in NY, maybe not to a Ferrari, but it was common.

This video is confusing, there's a guy filming the entire thing, got the license plate on video, the owner comes out and parked his car and not let off a couple of rounds or call the police for a hit and run, then they are underground making a little clip of the exhaust? I'm no Ferrari owner but I'm certain it will cost a few G's to repair a bumper so the chance of me not popping a vessel is highly unlikely

And that's why I would rather pay 5 bucks or so for an underground or indoor parking lot than park on the streets, well worth the money for me.

Well look at how the idiots park. They park so damn close you don't have room to move. No wonder the damn thing got hit. And look at the ones across the street. The one in the middle couldn't get out at all. Looking at the license plates explains a lot.

I doubt there's any actual damage to the Ferrari. It was tapped at most. I was rear-ended in traffic one day, hard enough to knock my cobra from the windshield. I inspected the rear bumper thoroughly and could not even find a scuff. Not even a broken bumper clip.
