Shelby's Pocket Rockets
Redline Dodge is running a cool retrospective on the 2.2L compacts on which Carroll Shelby collaborated with Dodge in the 80s under Lee Iacocca. I've always wanted an Omni GLH, and I also kind of dig this Shelby Shadow (known as the CSX), which was mentioned in the article but not pictured. Interesting point: "Looking back, one could argue that Dodge and Shelby created the FWD Tuner market over two decades ago." Read the rest here.

Here's another one that really stopped people in their tracks at SEMA this year. This 1960 F100 by 2 Brothers Custom Trucks features a twin turbo 338ci Y-block stroker engine, stunning BASF paint, big Wilwood brakes and custom 24 inch Raceline wheels. More pics after the jump!

I like everything about this truck except the plexiglass bed floor and 24 inch wheels, had they been 17's I'd reconsider.

this thing is fantastic except for the solid rims. that looks terrible. the only time it is excusable is on a top speed car like the one a few posts away. even then, this is a show and those aren't budget cars, put on different rims

I didn't even know about these guys, and I don't live that far from Springfield. I'll have to go check out their shop sometime. And they get bonus points for running Kinetik power cells! lol

like the truck,dnt care for the rims or the bed,but its nice,just a way i wouldnt go with it.
