Koenigsegg CCX Shoots Flames on the Dyno

According to The Detroit Free Press, manufacturers are looking forward to ditching CD players since they are heavy and take up so much valuable real estate. I still have tape decks in two cars of my three cars. My 2007 Mustang GT has a CD changer, but I prefer to just plug my phone into the aux and stream Pandora or Spotify. How about you?

Our buddies at eGarage got a little quality dyno time with the CCX. Watch as the twin centrifugal supercharged V8 spits flames out of the exhaust!

	By: ArcticTsi 5/4/2011 11:51 PM @oldsmobile1000 When running the car hard(i.e. dyno pull or racing) then letting off of the gas pedal the car runs rich for just a bit. This excess fuel pools and cannot be burned off. Which causes the fumes to ignite in the exhaust and shoot flames out.
