They specifically tell you not to use your kitchen oven. Sometimes there is a reason you read the directions.

Won't really hurt anything, unless you're baking powdercoat. The human body is an amazing filter.

what about eating food after something like this has been done? will anything cooked in that oven taste like powder coat? I know if I burn something, then cook a pizza, you can taste it... just curious b/c I'd love to cook up a batch of carbon fiber lol

I baked the finish on a Fiero's header in my oven, and hey, there's nothing like the smell of fresh-baked rims.

For a lady, wrong way to bend your spine specially when taking out something heavy. She literally made an Oven baked paint job. Am sure its something she doesn't regularly do. Just did it for the heck of it. I've seen doing granite strength paint jobs using a furnace.
