Blue Diamond Detonates at 800 RWHP on the Dyno

According to The Detroit Free Press, manufacturers are looking forward to ditching CD players since they are heavy and take up so much valuable real estate. I still have tape decks in two cars of my three cars. My 2007 Mustang GT has a CD changer, but I prefer to just plug my phone into the aux and stream Pandora or Spotify. How about you?

Blue Diamond Detonates at 800 RWHP on the Dyno

CarDomain member donsbluediamound blew up his Mustang GT500 engine when trying to push it to 800 + rwhp last month. But this didn't stop Don from showing off his custom painted hood at the Daytona Destination Benefit Car Show this past weekend. Speaking with Don about the engine blowing, he told me that the Blue Diamond is coming back in the next two months as a 1000-12000 rwhp beast, so stay tuned. Video of the dyno explosion after the jump!
