cknarf - What I meant by "chrome" trim was that fake stick on stuff people put around the windows and door edges. Not talking about actual metal chrome trim on cars that actually looked good ro decent with it, like classic cars and other cars up to the 80s. Basically I say if it has a plastic bumper cover and not a real metal bumper then it doesn't look right with chrome stick on trim all over it.

No, I got you the first time. The plastic 'chrome' people line the door edges with nowadays. Its terrible! I LOVE the loads of chrome on classics, 'cause it looks right. Now chrome strips on a taurus? No. HELL no.

sooo stupid i see ricers with the gay spoilers on the back and coffee cans all the time. people seriously need to spend more time in there cars making them look respectable. the car in the pic would look perfectly fine with just those rims but he had to screw it up with the rest of the crap.

The gay purple tint job on my Fiero. The previous owner did it himself and it showed. I had it removed today though thankfully. He also installed what I like to call a "hot air intake". It's like a cold air intake, except he put it in the hottest part of the engine compartment and didn't bother to seal it off. I have plans to remove that very soon along with the one remaining ricer boy sticker I have left.

Oh got one. Just saw a couple of days ago a brown '04 Altima with the chrome trim around all of the door, all of the windows, wheel wells, back bumper, front bumper, fake port holes and a caddy style soft top.

There should be restraining orders issued for those with bad taste.

yea that car does look real bad, but crome dont always look ugly on a car u gota know how to put it on there, to not make it look tacky or overdone, but i dont think crome looks bad on certain cars, check mine out i think it looks better than that poor altima lol

I used to pass by this Vette everyday. It had bull horns strapped down on the hood and horseshoes and lassos on the doors. I'm not talking graphics either. This guy had the real deal clinging to that poor Vette. It was also chromed way beyond reason too.
